Housing Support
Our Family Support Workers can help with filling out housing paperwork, RAFT applications (emergency funding), and even support to access shelter.
Mental Health
Valuing Our Children's clinician can assist families in finding mental health services by helping to navigate health insurance challenges, waitlists, or finding alternative programs.
Fuel Assistance
VOC can help with applying for or renewing Fuel Assistance for people living in Worcester or Franklin Counties.
Twice a month a Healthcare Navigator is available to support people with applying for MassHealth or troubleshoot issues with their current MassHealth. The Healthcare Navigator is available The first Friday of each month from 9am to 12pm and the third Friday of each month 1pm to 4pm.

Food Resources
We do SNAP applications right in the office. We also have up to date food pantry resources and community meals, along with info on accessing the HIP progrm with your SNAP benefits.
Court Service Center
Representatives from the Worcester County and Franklin County Courts are available for assistance once a month at our offices. Court Service Centers can answer basic questions, help with court forms, give information about court rules, procedures, and practices, and connect you with community resources. CSS is available the third Thursday of each month from 9am to 1pm.
