The Department of Early Education and Care's mission is to support the healthy growth and development of all children by providing high quality programs and resources for families and communities. One of these programs is the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Program (CFCE).  CFCE programs are locally-based programs in 80 communities throughout Massachusetts that provide child development services and resources to families with young children. Valuing our Children is one of these programs. Under this program we offer:

• Timely support in periods of family crisis

• High quality, specific, and up-to-date information on early education and care programs and referrals

• Family literacy and school readiness

• Family and community events

• Parent leadership opportunities

• Information about community resources that support you as your child's first teacher
